4. Purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data

The personal data in Prami Advertising Oy's customer and marketing register is processed in order to communicate Prami Advertising Oy's operations, manage customer relationships, market the company and implement other legitimate interests of the company. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the company, the contract, and the consent in the case of self-subscribed newsletters and electronic marketing materials aimed at individuals.

5. Information content of the register

The customer and marketing registers process the personal data of the following groups: customers, key partners, job seekers and other company stakeholders, as well as the data of potential customers.

  • Contact details of the data subject: name, e-mail address, telephone number
  • Possible information about the position: title, position, name of the organization, address of the organization, web address
  • Customer-related information, campaigns and events in which the person has participated
  • Possible consent for direct marketing

6. Regular sources of information

The register collects information from the user in connection with the creation of a customer relationship and during the duration of the customer relationship.

Personal data is collected from the data subject himself and from the registers maintained by the authorities within the limits permitted by law.

7. Regular transfers of data and transfers of data outside the EU or the EEA

When providing services, the registrar may use resources and servers located around the world. The controller may transfer personal data outside the country of use of the services and possibly also to non-EU countries with different data protection laws.

In these cases, the controller shall ensure that there is a legal basis for the transfer of data and that appropriate safeguards are in place for the transfer of personal data.

8. Registry security principles

The register is handled with care and the data is properly protected. When registry information is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is adequately addressed. The controller shall ensure that the data stored, as well as the access rights to the servers and other information critical to the security of personal data, are treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it includes.

9. Right of inspection and right to request correction of information

Every person in the register has the right to check the information stored in the register and to request the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wishes to check the data stored about him or her or request a correction, the request must be sent in writing to the data controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity.

10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person in the register has the right to request the removal of his or her personal data from the register ("the right to be forgotten"). Requests must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity.
